The staff were very friendly and helpful despite the language barrier. the room was comfortable, clean and spacious with opening windows and excellent heating. the hotel's location had a variety of great options for nearby restaurants, cafes, and a big supermarket.
The breakfast room was in the basement level and not communicated upon check-in. the lack of refrigerator in the room was inconvenient.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and helpful during my business trip. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed. I appreciated the reliable Wi-Fi and the convenient location near a variety of local restaurants. the hotel had a great fitness center that I was able to take advantage of during my stay.
The hotel's air conditioning system wasn't very effective, making the room temperature a bit uncomfortable. The location was a bit far from central Beijing, which made for a longer commute to meetings.
